As a Customer Service and Relations Intern, you will be the bridge between Eco Beach City and our future residents. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all inquiries, concerns, and feedback are handled with the utmost care, reflecting our commitment to excellence and community well-being.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media with professionalism and warmth.
Assist in organizing and conducting tours for potential investors and residents.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve our services and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to communicate promotions and updates to our community.
Participate in community engagement activities and events, providing support and fostering relationships.
Who You Are
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; additional languages are a plus.
A passion for sustainability, eco-friendly living, and community building.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Openness to learning and adapting in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Nice To Haves
