Internship Description
We have two stores and we work a lot with our booking system for rentbike and for tours.
Responsibilities
Assist in responding to customer inquiries through various channels, such as email and phone.
Learn and utilize customer service software for issue tracking and resolution.
Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and providing solutions.
Support in documenting and updating customer interactions in the database.
Collaborate with the customer service team to understand processes and best practices.
Assist in generating reports on customer feedback and service metrics.
Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures related to customer interactions.
Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
Who You Are
Enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably in Business, Communication, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a customer service environment.
Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to handle customer inquiries professionally.
