We have two stores and we work a lot with our booking system for rentbike and for tours.
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries through various channels, such as email and phone.
- Learn and utilize customer service software for issue tracking and resolution.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and providing solutions.
- Support in documenting and updating customer interactions in the database.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to understand processes and best practices.
- Assist in generating reports on customer feedback and service metrics.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures related to customer interactions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
Who You Are
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a customer service environment.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
