Internship Description
As a Customer Service Intern, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues. This role provides valuable experience in customer relationship management, problem-solving, and effective communication in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues
- Help maintain customer records and update account information
- Contribute to the development of customer service protocols and best practices
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
- Support the creation of FAQs and other customer resources
Who You Are
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of customer service principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software quickly
