Internship Description
As an Intern for ELAB, you are passionate about helping others in getting their dream university abroad. This role is an entry into the Customer Success department, where the internship role will support the tutor and team in customer management processes, program monitoring, research on foreign educational systems, support dealing and negotiation, and analyze data.
Responsibilities
Program monitoring
Support team of customer management in processes
Collecting information on foreign educational systems
Handle email and calls with foreign universities; Support in dealing with foreign partners
Analyzing admission requirements and tuition fees to prepare reports
Researching sources, analyzing web pages and information brochures, searching for more detailed information via calls and emails.

Fluent in English
Background study in Business Administration, Hospitality Managament, and related fields.
