Internship Description

We are Antinoos Wedding and Event Planner, the only agency specialized exclusively in organizing gay weddings for male couples. Here you will find real weddings of men who love each other, inspiration for your wedding and suppliers fully committed to their services. For you, couples of men who are tired of browsing through pages full of ideas that have nothing to do with your ideas or tastes, you will find from professional experience, proposals on how to declare your love, what to wear for your big day or what floral decoration is the most suitable for your wedding.

Responsibilities

• Support event planning and coordination tasks under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in logistical arrangements, including venue setup, catering, and equipment coordination.
• Contribute to maintaining event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and participants to facilitate seamless event operations.
• Assist in preparing event materials, such as invitations, programs, and promotional collateral.
• Provide on-site support during events, addressing participant inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist in post-event activities, including gathering feedback and summarizing event evaluations.
• Learn and utilize event management software and tools for efficient planning and execution.

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of event planning concepts and logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn event management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about various aspects of event coordination.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during events.
