The Event Management Internship at Padma Resort Legian offers a unique opportunity for university students to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of event planning and execution within the hospitality industry. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various events, including weddings, meetings, and special resort activities.
• Coordinate with different departments (F&B, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure event requirements are met.
• Help manage event set-ups, ensuring all details align with client expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients, handling inquiries and concerns efficiently.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages is highly preferred: Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin. Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international guests and team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role. The ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues, clients, and vendors from diverse cultural backgrounds is crucial.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure flawless execution of events.
• A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to enhance guest experiences and exceed expectations.
• Interns must be available to commit to a minimum internship duration as per the resort's requirements.
