Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing events from conception to execution.
• Learn and apply event logistics, including venue selection and vendor coordination.
• Contribute to creating event timelines, budgets, and project plans.
• Support in coordinating on-site logistics during events.
• Collaborate with the event team on marketing and promotional activities.
• Assist in managing RSVPs, attendee lists, and event databases.
• Adapt and learn new event management tools and software.

Who You Are

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably in Event Management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Eagerness to learn and apply event planning and coordination principles.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Basic understanding of event logistics and coordination.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on diverse event-related tasks.
