As an Event Management Intern at Straws 'n Berries, you will have the unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, learning the ins and outs of picnic organization in some of Spain's most beautiful locations. Your role will involve assisting with the planning and execution of various events, ensuring each picnic experience is unique, special, and unforgettable.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and organizing a variety of events, including birthday parties, baby showers, and hen parties.- Work closely with the team to create event concepts and themes.
- Coordinate with vendors and handle logistics for picnic setups.
- Help manage event day activities and ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in social media activities and promotion.
- Creative thinker with a passion for event planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
