As a Front Office Intern, you will work closely with our dedicated team to provide exceptional guest experiences and ensure the smooth operation of our front desk services.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Assist in managing reservations, room assignments, and billing processes.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.
- Provide information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining guest records.
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality management or related field.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
