As a Front Desk Intern, you will be the face of our hotel, providing first-class service to our guests. Responsibilities

• Manage the reception area, ensuring a warm welcome for all guests.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Provide information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Assist in managing reservations and room allocations.
• Address and resolve guest queries and concerns promptly.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in English; additional language skills, especially in Spanish, are highly desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
