Responsibilities
Manage the reception area, ensuring a warm welcome for all guests.- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
- Provide information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Assist in managing reservations and room allocations.
- Address and resolve guest queries and concerns promptly.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in English; additional language skills, especially in Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
