Internship Description
You will work in the Guest Experience Department (closely with customer service).
You will contact costumers pre-in-post stay to get sure they have a perfect holiday with us.
You will be the contact person with clients and you will give them support in whatever they need and follow up on their cases, in a very close way, through WhatsApp/email/calls.
