Internship Description

You will be working within the Front Office Department for a period of at least 6 months. A Guest Service Agent is expected to have excellent communication skills, be attentive to detail, display a positive attitude, and have the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure a pleasant stay for the hotel guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing excellent customer service to Korean-speaking guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
• Making reservations and room assignments according to guest preferences.
• Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handles Korean-speaking guests inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Upholding hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Who You Are

• Proficiency in both Korean and English languages (spoken and written).
• Background study of Hospitality or related fields
