Internship Description
You will be working within the Front Office Department for a period of at least 6 months. A Guest Service Agent is expected to have excellent communication skills, be attentive to detail, display a positive attitude, and have the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure a pleasant stay for the hotel guests.
Responsibilities
Assist in providing excellent customer service to Korean-speaking guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
Making reservations and room assignments according to guest preferences.
Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Handles Korean-speaking guests inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Upholding hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Who You Are
Proficiency in both Korean and English languages (spoken and written).
Background study of Hospitality or related fields
