Responsibilities

• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts
• Provide support in resolving workplace issues, promoting effective communication
• Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives

Who You Are

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective organizational and multitasking abilities
