Responsibilities
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts- Provide support in resolving workplace issues, promoting effective communication
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives
Who You Are
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organizational and multitasking abilities
