Internship Description
Golden Goose Events is an events staffing agency that specializes in proactive, English-speaking hostesses, brand ambassadors, promoters, sales staff, presenters, artists, and many other types of staff for promotions, events, trade shows, and marketing and retail campaigns across Europe.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Participate in interview processes, conducting initial screenings and providing feedback.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support in organizing HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist with the administration of benefits programs and leave management.
Contribute to HR reporting and analytics, providing insights to improve processes.
Handle confidential HR information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the HR team.
Who You Are
Be currently enrolled in a university program related to Human Resources
Fluency in English language
Strong attention to detail and a concise and organised work ethic
The capability to quickly learn how to use certain tools like the Google Workspace apps
Be very sociable, and a clear communicator with a professional demeanor
