Golden Goose Events is an events staffing agency that specializes in proactive, English-speaking hostesses, brand ambassadors, promoters, sales staff, presenters, artists, and many other types of staff for promotions, events, trade shows, and marketing and retail campaigns across Europe.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Participate in interview processes, conducting initial screenings and providing feedback.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support in organizing HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with the administration of benefits programs and leave management.
- Contribute to HR reporting and analytics, providing insights to improve processes.
- Handle confidential HR information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the HR team.
Who You Are
- Be currently enrolled in a university program related to Human Resources
- Fluency in English language
- Strong attention to detail and a concise and organised work ethic
- The capability to quickly learn how to use certain tools like the Google Workspace apps
- Be very sociable, and a clear communicator with a professional demeanor
