Internship Description

Join Parakar's HR team and gain hands-on experience in international HR management, focusing on immigration and payroll processes. You'll support day-to-day HR operations, assist with employee documentation, and contribute to our Employer of Record services across 10 countries.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR documentation and employee onboarding.
• Support immigration and payroll processes for international employees.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases
• Coordinate with various country offices on HR-related tasks.
• Participate in HR strategy meetings.
• Maintain and update HR databases.

Who You Are

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic understanding of HR and payroll systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Interest in organizational psychology and employee development
