As a Food & Beverage Production Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside talented chefs and bartenders, gaining valuable hands-on experience in both food preparation and beverage crafting. This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore the culinary arts while contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our beachfront establishment.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in food preparation tasks.
• Support bartenders in beverage preparation.
• Follow recipes and portion sizes accurately to maintain consistency in food and beverage quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and bar areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient production during service hours.
