Internship Description
As a Legal Intern at Mirah Property, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the legal aspects of luxury real estate transactions and operations. Working closely with our legal team, you will support various legal activities and gain insights into the legal complexities of the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
Legal Research: Conduct legal research on various topics related to real estate law, property transactions, contracts, and regulatory compliance. Analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents to provide guidance and support to the legal team.- Contract Review: Assist in reviewing and drafting legal documents, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, sales contracts, and other transactional documents. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process for property acquisitions, developments, and transactions. Assist in reviewing title documents, property records, zoning regulations, and other relevant information to assess legal risks and ensure compliance.
- Legal Documentation: Aid in the preparation and maintenance of legal documents, filings, and records. Assist with document management, organization, and retrieval to support legal operations and transactions.
- Legal Support: Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing files. Assist with correspondence, communication, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret and apply legal principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
