Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote BWork’s services and community.
• Manage and create content for BWork’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Plan and execute community events to engage members and foster a sense of belonging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics to optimize content and strategies.
• Support internal and external communication efforts to enhance BWork’s brand visibility.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for community building and engagement.
