The Marketing and Communication Intern at Casa Las Dunas will have the opportunity to engage in various aspects of real estate marketing, from digital campaigns to client relations. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media management and content creation.
• Assist in the design and distribution of marketing materials, both online and offline.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective communication and promotional strategies.
• Engage in market research to identify new marketing opportunities and understand client needs.
• Support the organization of open house events, property showcases, and other promotional activities.

Who You Are

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English, Dutch and preferably a level of Spanish.
• Creative thinking with an eye for design and detail.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a multicultural environment.
