Marbella Luxury Homes, an esteemed real estate agency renowned for its portfolio of high-end properties in Marbella, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Social Media Intern. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury real estate and eager to make a significant impact in digital marketing and online presence.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and appeal of our luxury properties.
- Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Collaborate in managing the company’s website, ensuring up-to-date and attractive property listings and content.
- Support the creation of digital marketing materials, such as email newsletters, blog posts, and promotional videos.
- Participate in organizing virtual and physical marketing events and open houses to showcase our properties.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in luxury real estate and digital marketing.
- Analyze social media metrics and website traffic to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing our online presence.
- Work closely with the sales team to align social media and marketing strategies with business goals.
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, or related program.
- Strong interest in luxury real estate and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of social media strategies.
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus.
