Internship Description

The Tomina Group is seeking a highly motivated and creative marketing and social media intern to join our team. As an intern, you will work closely with the owners, director of hospitality and the marketing assistant to help promote our luxurious collection of villas, hotel, bar, restaurant and club lounge. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry, have a strong interest in marketing and social media, and want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for our hospitality consultancy firm and luxury properties
• Collaborate with the owners and marketing assistant to create engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok
• Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement metrics
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the hospitality industry
• Assist in organising events and promotions to increase brand awareness and attract new customers

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling content for various platforms
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
