Responsibilities
Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blog posts, email newsletters, and marketing materials. Showcase our destinations, services, and sustainability initiatives through compelling storytelling and visuals.
Social Media Management: Assist in managing Happy Trails! Asia's social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. Help grow our online community and increase brand awareness among target audiences.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging travel trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth. Stay informed about changes in the travel industry landscape and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign Support: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions. Assist in coordinating logistics, creating promotional materials, and tracking campaign performance to ensure success.
Client Engagement: Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners through regular communication and support. Help gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Who You Are
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Passion for travel, sustainability, and cultural exchange.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
