Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for Serenity Bali's social media channels, website, and marketing materials, highlighting our eco-friendly practices, yoga retreats, and guest experiences.
• Social Media Management: Support the marketing team in managing and growing Serenity Bali's presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter through regular posts, stories, and interactions with followers.
• Campaign Development: Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting Serenity Bali's yoga packages, accommodation options, and sustainable initiatives to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to identify opportunities for Serenity Bali to enhance its offerings and stay ahead in the market.
• Guest Engagement: Assist in engaging with guests through email newsletters, surveys, and other communication channels to gather feedback, testimonials, and user-generated content for marketing purposes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, yoga instructors, and other departments within Serenity Bali to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
• Event Support: Provide assistance during special events, workshops, and retreats hosted at Serenity Bali, helping with event promotion, logistics, and guest satisfaction.

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
