Internship Description
You will be part of an international, energetic, and proactive Coliving Management Team. Your tasks will involve helping the team in the administrative/operational area and customer service in order to achieve the team targets. We are looking for someone who wants to develop a professional career in a young company with a strong projection. We are growing and want to grow with you!
Responsibilities
Provide support in faciliy and office management, customer service and operations daily tasks.
Actively participate in the professionalizing process of management improvement: promoting ideas, identifying weaknesses in existing procedures and propose effective solutions.
Collaborate with professionals from other departments to identify improvements to product offerings, participate in Customer Experience improvement processes, and other business-related topics.
Be in touch with our customers (tenants): Provide process information, customer service support for check-in and check-out, key management.
Maintain a smooth and cordial communication with our customers and team.
Use of the systems and company processes in order to keep all the information organized.
Who You Are
Excellent communication skills and good relationship building capabilities.
Advanced English level, oral and written. Native level and other languages knowledge will be highly valued.
Eager to learn, self-motivated, proactive with a strong focus on reaching team targets.
High-energy and committed individual with flexibility to adapt to different situations.
Customer-oriented person.
