Bioscore is a company based in Valencia, Spain, operating in the sustainability sector for the hotel industry. We provide a sustainability certification and score based on GRI international standards, a platform to access reports, track consumption, and manage everything related to sustainability, and last but not least, a sustainability strategy tailored for each hotel. We´re committed to sustainability three-ways: environment, social and economic. Our mission is to democratize sustainability.
Responsibilities
Assist in optimizing operational processes and workflows.- Support in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to the development and implementation of efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Learn and utilize project management tools for task tracking and coordination.
- Assist in preparing reports on operational performance and trends.
- Contribute to the documentation and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in meetings to gain insights into operations strategy and decision-making.
Who You Are
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in the field of operations management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of business and operations principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidate should have at least basic Spanish language level
