Internship Description
As the Operations Manager’s PA Intern at Body Factory Bali, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing and managing the daily operations of our fitness facility. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the operations team, gain insight into operational processes, and provide crucial administrative support.
Responsibilities
Assist Operations Manager: Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, including managing their schedule, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
Facility Operations: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth functioning of the fitness facility, assisting with tasks related to equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
Customer Service: Assist in maintaining excellent customer service standards by addressing member inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Inventory Management: Help monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage equipment and merchandise inventory.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of special events, classes, and promotions within the facility.
Operational Processes: Gain a deep understanding of operational processes for fitness facilities and support the Operations Manager in streamlining and improving efficiency.
Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and facility regulations
Who You Are
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a university program.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Nice To Haves
Previous experience in a fitness or wellness environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus, but only English is a necessity.
It's a pro if you are passionate about fitness, wellness, and providing exceptional client service.
