Atlas Beach Fest is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join us as a Quality Assurance Intern at Bali's #1 Destination & Largest One-Stop Entertainment Center. As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and service across our facilities and operations. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in quality assurance within the hospitality and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to uphold standards of excellence in all areas of operation.- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and services to identify any deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with departmental managers and staff to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collect and analyze data related to customer feedback, satisfaction surveys, and operational performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the training of staff members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
