Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage directly with both sellers and buyers, understanding and catering to their unique needs and preferences- Restoration Projects: Collaborate on restoration projects, offering your input on design choices such as bathroom tiling
- Administrative Tasks: Assist in organizing daily activities and handling a range of administrative responsibilities
- Problem-Solving: Take initiative in addressing and resolving issues that arise, both over the phone and in-person
Who You Are
- Spanish Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish, with a proficiency level of C1 or similar
- English Proficiency: Strong English language skills are essential
- Digital Marketing: Experience with digital marketing would be an added advantage
- Excel Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel would be beneficial
- Driver’s License: While not mandatory, having a driver’s license would facilitate your role
