Internship Description
The Tomina Group is a hospitality consultancy established in October 2019. We own and manage bespoke hotel, villas, and bars to celebrate life, passion and excellence. Tomina Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales and business development intern to join our team. As an intern, you will work closely with the owners and the director of hospitality to help promote our luxurious collection of villas, hotel, bars, and restaurants. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry, have a strong interest in sales and business development, and want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies for our bar, restaurant, club lounge and luxury properties
- Collaborate with the owners to identify potential clients and leads through market research and networking events
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through email, phone, or social media platforms
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals for potential clients
- Assist in managing existing client relationships by communicating regularly and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to build relationships with potential clients
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges in sales efforts
