Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies to promote Eco Beach City properties.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
• Support the sales team in organizing presentations and tours for prospective clients.
• Maintain and update sales documentation and client databases.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance promotional materials and online content.

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sustainability and eco-friendly initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and sustainable development practices.
• Multilingual abilities, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
