Responsibilities

• Work closely with our passionate sales team to promote and sell our wide range of stylish and sustainable products.
• Engage in market research to identify potential customers and target markets that align with ecohero’s mission and values.
• Assist in developing creative strategies to expand our customer base and increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the team to create compelling sales presentations, materials, and product demonstrations that highlight the unique features and benefits of ecohero products.
• Participate in sales meetings and shadow experienced sales professionals to learn effective sales techniques and strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
