Responsibilities
Work closely with our passionate sales team to promote and sell our wide range of stylish and sustainable products.
Engage in market research to identify potential customers and target markets that align with ecohero’s mission and values.
Assist in developing creative strategies to expand our customer base and increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with the team to create compelling sales presentations, materials, and product demonstrations that highlight the unique features and benefits of ecohero products.
Participate in sales meetings and shadow experienced sales professionals to learn effective sales techniques and strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
