The group’s passion for presenting authentic European food experiences to the Singapore restaurant scene led to the opening of five restaurants, all situated at iconic destinations across Singapore: L’Entrecôte The Steak & Fries Bistro at the quaint neighbourhood of Duxton Hill and Marina Bay waterfront at Customs House; Sabio by the Sea overlooking the sea at the picturesque Quayside Isle, Sentosa Cove; BTM Mussels & Bar amongst the historical shophouses of Duxton Hill; and Riviera Forlino perched above Singapore’s Merlion with breathtaking views of the Marina Bay skyline.
