Internship Description
The WFPHA invites applications for a remote Translator internship. This role is ideal for students or graduates with a strong background in languages and an interest in global public health. The intern will play a critical role in translating public health materials, contributing to global health communication and education.
Responsibilities
Translate public health documents and materials into multiple languages.
Collaborate with public health professionals to ensure accurate translation of technical terms.
Participate in data collection and analysis for public health education and communication projects.
Assist in preparing materials for international conferences and workshops.
Who You Are
Proficiency in English and at least one other language.
Currently a student or holding a graduate degree in Translation, Languages, or a related field.
Strong interest in public health, communication, and education. Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive.
Excellent writing and translation skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
Good team player with a proactive attitude.
Capable of multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
