Responsibilities

• Organize physical and online courses for the business course platform
• Assist in marketing and promoting the business course platform through social media
• Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing course materials
• Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, and equipment rentals
• Assist in creating event timelines, budgets, and tracking expenses
• Assist in managing event registration and attendee communication
• Provide on-site support during events, including coordinating with vendors and troubleshooting any issues that arise

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Prior experience in event planning or marketing is preferred, but not required
