Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a memorable and pleasant stay.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Assist in managing bookings and maintaining up-to-date room availability.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Participate in handling any guest complaints or issues, providing swift and effective resolutions.

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a hospitality, tourism, or related program.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to different situations.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not required.
