Internship Description
Golden Goose Events is an events staffing agency that specializes in proactive, English-speaking hostesses, brand ambassadors, promoters, sales staff, presenters, artists, and many other types of staff for promotions, events, trade shows, and marketing and retail campaigns across Europe.
Responsibilities
Assist the project manager in planning and executing retail marketing campaigns and events.
Contribute to the coordination of event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
Support in managing timelines and deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of event-related tasks.
Assist in communicating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth event operations.
Contribute creative ideas for enhancing the overall experience of retail marketing campaigns and events.
Collaborate with the project manager to maintain accurate event documentation and reports.
Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the project manager.
Who You Are
Be currently enrolled in a university program related to Event Management or Project Management.
Fluency in English language.
Strong attention to detail and a concise and organised work ethic.
The capability to quickly learn how to use certain tools like the Google Workspace apps.
Be very sociable, and a clear communicator with a professional demeanor.
