Golden Goose Events is an events staffing agency that specializes in proactive, English-speaking hostesses, brand ambassadors, promoters, sales staff, presenters, artists, and many other types of staff for promotions, events, trade shows, and marketing and retail campaigns across Europe.
- Assist the project manager in planning and executing retail marketing campaigns and events.
- Contribute to the coordination of event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
- Support in managing timelines and deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of event-related tasks.
- Assist in communicating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth event operations.
- Contribute creative ideas for enhancing the overall experience of retail marketing campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with the project manager to maintain accurate event documentation and reports.
- Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the project manager.
Who You Are
- Be currently enrolled in a university program related to Event Management or Project Management.
- Fluency in English language.
- Strong attention to detail and a concise and organised work ethic.
- The capability to quickly learn how to use certain tools like the Google Workspace apps.
- Be very sociable, and a clear communicator with a professional demeanor.
