As a Front Desk Intern, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of guest interactions, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in and out of the resort, and assist with any inquiries or requests they may have during their stay. Provide personalized recommendations for dining, activities, and local attractions to enhance their experience in Ubud.
Reservation Management: Assist with managing room reservations, including processing bookings, modifying reservations, and handling cancellations. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in maintaining reservation records and guest information.
Communication Hub: Serve as the central point of contact for guests, handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Effectively communicate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
Administrative Support: Assist the Front Office team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing guest correspondence. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area to uphold the resort's high standards of presentation.
Customer Service Excellence: Strive to exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional service and anticipating their needs proactively. Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
Who You Are
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills (especially Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
Enthusiasm for hospitality and a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
