Internship Description
INDOWINES, the trading name of PT. INDOWINE, was established in October 23rd, 2003 in Bali, as an importer and distributor of alcoholic beverages. Indowines operates as a direct distributor, supplying thousands clients in retail & hospitality industry of Bali, Lombok and near islands of East Indonesia. In March 2015, Indowines started the expansion of the distribution in other places of Indonesia, opening the markets of Manado, Medan, Central Java, Flores and Surabaya.
Responsibilities
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining client relationships. You'll have the opportunity to shadow experienced sales professionals and gain firsthand experience in sales tactics and strategies.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends in the alcoholic beverage industry. Your insights will contribute to the development of targeted marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets. Your creativity and attention to detail will help enhance the visibility and desirability of our brands in the market.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, tastings, and product launches. You'll play a key role in ensuring the success of these events by coordinating logistics, engaging with customers, and providing product information.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement and optimizing our approach to driving sales and brand awareness.
Who You Are
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Passion for the alcohol industry and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
