Internship Description

INDOWINES, the trading name of PT. INDOWINE, was established in October 23rd, 2003 in Bali, as an importer and distributor of alcoholic beverages. Indowines operates as a direct distributor, supplying thousands clients in retail & hospitality industry of Bali, Lombok and near islands of East Indonesia. In March 2015, Indowines started the expansion of the distribution in other places of Indonesia, opening the markets of Manado, Medan, Central Java, Flores and Surabaya.


  • CheckedSales Support: Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining client relationships. You'll have the opportunity to shadow experienced sales professionals and gain firsthand experience in sales tactics and strategies.
  • CheckedMarket Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends in the alcoholic beverage industry. Your insights will contribute to the development of targeted marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • CheckedMarketing Collateral: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets. Your creativity and attention to detail will help enhance the visibility and desirability of our brands in the market.
  • CheckedEvent Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, tastings, and product launches. You'll play a key role in ensuring the success of these events by coordinating logistics, engaging with customers, and providing product information.
  • CheckedData Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement and optimizing our approach to driving sales and brand awareness.

Who You Are

  • CheckedCurrently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • CheckedStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • CheckedDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • CheckedProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • CheckedPassion for the alcohol industry and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

The initial aim of the two partners was to bring to consumers, affordable, good quality wines, at affordable prices for massive consumption. During the first years, Indowines consolidate commercial relation with consolidate and prestigious wine producers from Chile, Australia, Italy, New Zealand and France.
