Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.- Customer Relationship Management: Understand and determine customer needs through direct communication.
- Site Studies and Research: Conduct comprehensive site surveys and studies.
- Site Studies and Research: Gather and analyze data relevant to engineering projects.
- Solution Proposal: Develop and propose practical solutions based on site studies and client requirements.
- Solution Proposal: Collaborate with the engineering team to refine solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues in engineering projects and work towards resolving these issues efficiently.
- System Installation and Configuration: Assist in the installation and configuration of engineering systems, ensure systems are set up according to project specifications.
- Report Drafting and Submission: Draft and submit detailed project reports for review while adhering to deadlines.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients and address customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Project Management Assistance: Assist in managing engineering projects.
- Project Management Assistance: Coordinate with different departments to ensure project success.
Who You Are
- Technical knowledge in electro technic, electronics, or mechanical engineering (master level studies is desired, despite not obligatory)
- Organized, good communication and problem-solving skills
- Good spoken and written English language skills, other languages are a plus
- Flexible, “can-do” attitude, with the ability to create & improve processes
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously but within a team structure
